Terms and Conditions
All Terms and Conditions are subject to the rental agreement provided by the owners at the time of booking.
1. Booking and Check-in
- Guests may take occupation of the premises after 14:00 on the arrival date, and must vacate the premises by 10:00 on the departure date.
- The number of persons residing at the premises must not exceed the maximum stated in the Confirmation of Reservation.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit (“rental deposit”) is required as set out in the Confirmation of Reservation.
- The balance must be paid three months prior to arrival.
- For bookings confirmed six months or more in advance, a 25% non-refundable deposit applies.
- A breakage deposit is also payable, as outlined in the Confirmation of Reservation.
- Guests may be liable for additional fees or penalties in the event of a breach of the Agreement of Stay, as specified in the rental contract.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If a reservation is cancelled or shortened between three and six months before arrival, 2inn1 (Pty) Ltd will retain 50% of the reservation cost.
- If cancelled or shortened less than three months before arrival, 2inn1 (Pty) Ltd will retain 100% of the reservation cost.
- Any refunds (if applicable) are subject to exchange control approval (where required), and any associated bank charges are the guest’s responsibility.
4. Risk & Liability
- Guests acknowledge that the rental and use of the premises involve inherent risks.
- 2inn1 (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, or claims — including those resulting from accidents or the conduct of guests.
- Guests use the property entirely at their own risk.
5. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or travel disruptions.
