Terms and Conditions

• A deposit of 50% of the projected stay will be required on confirmation of booking
• The balance of accommodation is payable on your departure day
• To secure bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable
• Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Bank transfers & deposits are accepted
• A refund of 100% of the deposit will be given 4 weeks or longer before the commencement of the booking
• Should a cancellation occur within 4 weeks prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations within the week of arrival will be charged in full
